The Diagnostics Consulting Center has investigated corresponding success criteria for dual studies and offers companies valid procedures for measuring these criteria. In addition, it accompanies the dual partners in the holistic process of personnel selection.

Uniqueness
With the help of funding from the Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts and the Presidential Board of the DHBW, it was possible to establish an independent Diagnostics Center, which is active in research and consulting.
Change potential
The work of the Diagnostic Consulting Center closes the gap between the theory and practice of personnel selection. Companies receive an understandable and uncomplicated access to the aspects of a well-founded and sustainable personnel selection.
